    Do we know where this document came from? Are there references or context from the sender?

    It was anonymous from an organization styled "Episcopal Futures". It appears to only be an e-mail address. I don't know who the sender could be. It would be interesting if some of the ideas contained inside were explored by a group of concerned Episcopalians.
